AI Vibe Hackathon Berlin
The AI Vibe Hackathon is coming to Berlin. In cooperation with Andreas Westphal (itamedia GmbH), we are bringing the proven format to the capital: two days, 30 to 50 developers, designers, founders and AI enthusiasts, real prototypes instead of slides. Small is deliberate here, genuine proximity to every talent and every prototype, no trade-show noise.

Engagement tiers
Three tiers that build on each other. Each tier contains everything in the tier below it.
- Supporting: Visible presence and community goodwill. Logo on the event page, slides and on site, social mention, community presence and Demo Day presence.
- Challenge (includes Supporting): Your own branded challenge with your real business problem. A team works two days on your task, plus a briefing, a jury seat, working prototype outcomes, a full post-event recap and direct follow-up access to the teams. Optional prize pool at your discretion.
- Naming (includes Challenge): The strongest brand presence. Naming right, top branding across the whole event, a keynote or welcome slot on stage, exclusive access to the talent and a highlighted recap with press coverage.
What worked last time
Four AI Vibe Hackathons since 2025, plus meetups, install parties and an AI-for-NGOs hackathon. March 2026 in Würzburg: 45 participants, six teams, three finalists. Anchor sponsor VR Bank with its own challenge produced three demo-ready prototypes, plus dedicated coverage on Computy.

What is the AI Vibe Hackathon?
Over two intense days you turn your idea into a working prototype, solo or in a team, with or without coding experience. Whether you are just starting with AI or already work with it professionally, the AI Vibe Hackathon meets you where you are today. No lecture programme: build together, test, learn and iterate.

Tools and Methods
Build with modern AI tools, coding assistants, agentic assistants, no-code and low-code tools, APIs, automation, design and prototyping tools, or classic software development. Methods: vibe coding, agentic workflows and rapid prototyping with LLMs. Coding experience is helpful but not required.
